Beaconic 5R Autoloader is new generation high end Haematology analyser which provides 49 CBC Parameter results which comprises of 28 Reportable parameter results for CBC which includes 5 Part Differentiation for WBC and Reticulocyte enumeration, 7 results for Body fluid parameters and 14 RUO Parameters.
Beaconic 5R Autoloader Provides results for Retic_Abs count, Retic% & IRF.
Body fluid analysis, including cell counts, helps diagnose various conditions by examining the number and types of cells present in fluids like synovial, pleural, peritoneal, and pericardial fluids, aiding in the detection of inflammation, infection, trauma, and malignancy.
There are 7 Body Fluid counts provided by Beaconic 5R Autoloader like; Total Count- BF, WBC Count-BF, RBC Count-BF, Mononuclear Cells- BF No & %, Polymorphonuclear Cell- Body Fluid No & %.
For Blood Sample it provides screening report for parameters like, Atypical Lymphocyte (ALY) # & %, Large Immature Cells (LIC) # & %, Nucleated Red Blood Cells (NRBC) # & %, Blast Cells # & % and Infected Red Blood Cell (InR) # % %. Where as from BF Sample it provides screening results for parameters like Eosinophil – BF # & %, Neutrophil – BF # & %.

For Blood Routine parameters it provides 3 histograms for RBC/WBC/PLT, 2 Scattergrams and 2 3D Stereograms, For Retic 2 histograms, 2 Scattergrams and 2 3D Stereograms where as for BF it offers, 2 histograms, 2 Scattergrams and 2 3D Stereograms.
It has got capacity to store 5,00,000 results including count results and graphics.
4 routine reagents for counting, i.e. Diluent, Lyse, Detergent and sheath reagent, 1 maintenance reagent, i.e. Probe Cleaner. In case if Retic counting is to be done in addition to above the use of separate Retic prefilled tube is required on Beaconic 5R Autoloader.
Sheath is a chemical dye free reagent, which helps in keeping the WBC Population in its Approximate original state which can generate better Scattering signals when these cells pass through Laser Beam to ensure precise enumeration of each cell population. Moreover, since it is dye free reagent, it is eco-friendly reagent as well.
Beaconic 5R Autoloader uses Flowcytometry measurement using 4 angel scatter separation technology. Because of this it is offering more accurate counting of WBC differentiation at an economical cost.
Instrument is supplied with separate 17” color screen which is providing step by step guidance to operator as well as provides all results, graphics, and flag messages on single screen.
It can work for single sample at a time with cap piercing facility and if multiple samples are to be run at a time it is equipped with Autoloader facility as well.
It can perform analysis for 50 sample at a time, i.e. 5 racks each can hold 10 sample tubes.
Yes it is possible to connect Beaconic 5R Autoloader with LIS or HIS system and it can also follow HL7 Protocol if it is used in Laboratory or Hospital.
