BEACONIC B 400 has onboard Laundry system comprising of 6 needle auto washing system combined with scrubber which ensures uniform washing and drying of reaction cuvettes to prevent contamination and carry over.
It consumes 12 to 14 Liters of water in an hour. The water quality is TDS >5.
BEACONIC B 400 is having 3 Probe. 2 for reagent pipetting and 1 probe for Sample pipetting.
All 3 Probes of BEACONIC B 400 are internally & externally polished to prevent carryover. They undergo washing using waterfall mechanism that ensures no carryover or cross contamination. The probes are equipped with Liquid Level sensing, vertical collision protection as well as Auto depth adjustment, that helps for reagent inventory management and prevent probes from damage. Also, the sample probe is equipped with Clot detection facility.
For Reagents the volume is 20 to 300 µl which can be changed in 1.0 µl volume and for sample it is 2 to 30 µl that can be changed in 0.1 µl volume.
BEACONIC B 400 operates with a minimum reaction volume of 150 µL, reducing reagent consumption and ensuring efficient sample utilization.

BEACONIC B 400 is an automated analyser equipped with advanced liquid detection probes for aspiration and dispensing. The working of the probes is guided by ceramic piston syringe arrangements which is long lasting and corrosion free material, there by it ensures long lasting error free aspiration & dispensing functions that ensures accuracy, precision and consistency. Moreover, it is also having Teflon coated mixing probe that provides homogeneous mixing of reagent and sample.
The instrument maintains an extremely low carryover rate of 0.01%, minimizing cross-contamination and ensuring reliable test results.
BEACONIC B 400 is designed with durable components, unique fully closed integrated optical system that prevents most sensitive component, like filters of photometer from aging effect due to dust, moisture, heat, or humidity. It has automated cleaning cycles and cuvette integrity check function before analysis, that reduces downtime and increases instrument working life span.
