BEACONIC B 200 is a Random Access, Discrete, Fully Automated Biochemistry Analyzer. It is designed to perform Biochemistry Analysis from Whole Blood, Serum, Plasma or Urine sample with Higher speed and greater accuracy.
Random Access means any Biochemical Test in any combination can be run simultaneously on BEACONIC B 200. This facility is available because it has multiple reaction cuvette because of which it is called as Discrete Analyser.
The BEACONIC B 200 offers a Speed of Testing of up to 200 Biochemical tests per hour, ensuring efficient and high-speed processing for laboratory diagnostics.
BEACONIC B 200 system provides 40 reagent positions, ensuring flexibility for a broad range of tests and assays. The Reagent & Sample compartment of BEACONIC B 200 is equipped with 24 Hours Cooling Facility that ensures longer onboard Stability of Reagents.
BEACONIC B 200 utilizes Semipermanent reusable Pyrex cuvettes, optimizing cost-effectiveness while maintaining high precision in testing.
It consumes 7 to 8 Liters of water in an hour. The water quality is TDS >5.
The probe is internally & externally polished to resist carry over, it also undergoes washing using waterfall washing mechanism to prevent carryover and contamination. The probe is equipped with Liquid Level sensing, Collision Protection and auto depth adjustment which prevent the damage of probe and also helps in effective inventory management.
For Reagents the volume is 20 to 300 µl which can be changed in 1.0 µl volume and same for sample is 2 to 30 µl that can be changed in 0.1 µl volume.
BEACONIC B 200 operates with a minimum reaction volume of 150 µL, reducing reagent consumption and ensuring efficient sample utilization.

BEACONIC B 200 is an automated analyser equipped with advanced liquid detection probes for aspiration and dispensing. The working of this probe is guided by ceramic piston syringe arrangements which is long lasting and corrosion free material, there by it ensures long lasting error free analysis. Moreover, it is also having Teflon coated mixing probe that provides homogeneous mixing of reagent and sample.
The instrument maintains an extremely low carryover rate of 0.01%, minimizing cross-contamination and ensuring reliable test results.
BEACONIC B 200 is designed with durable components, unique fully closed integrated optical system that prevents most sensitive component, like filters of photometer from aging effect due to dust, moisture, heat, or humidity. It has automated cleaning cycles and cuvette integrity check function before analysis, that reduces downtime and increases instrument working life span.
BEACONIC B 200 has inbuilt QC facilities like L-J chart using Westgard rules. The intelligent software of BEACONIC B 200 provides real time monitoring, visual data representation automated report generation for faster and more informed diagnostic decision.
